§ 8.01. Ordinances.

Latest version.

All ordinances, resolutions, orders and regulations of the town of Blacksburg not inconsistent with this charter shall remain in full force and effect until amended or repealed by the town council. Ordinances, resolutions, orders and regulations which are in force when this charter becomes effective and which are inconsistent with this charter are repealed.
