§ 12-204. Failure to procure town motor vehicle license; penalty.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer to fail to obtain the local license required by this article. Any such violation shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor.
