§ 15-102. Permit processing fee.

A nonrefundable processing fee, as follows, shall be submitted with the completed application for a special event:

(a)

Festival, art show or event held for two (2) or more consecutive days .....$150.00

(b)

(i)
Parade, procession, march, footrace, bicycle race, other event requiring closure of sidewalk, street or thoroughfare .....75.00

(ii)

Race, march or procession requiring temporary closure or monitoring of sidewalk, street or thoroughfare .....25.00

(iii)

Festival, art show or event held for one (1) day .....75.00

(iv)

Commercial motion picture or television production for one (1) day .....75.00

(c)

Activities or events requiring a variance from park regulations .....50.00
