§ 16-106. Cooperative procurement.

The town may participate in, sponsor, conduct or administer cooperative procurement agreements with one or more other public bodies for the purpose of combining requirements to increase efficiency or reduce administrative expenses. As provided by Virginia Code § 2.2-4304, the town may make purchases from another public body's contract.
