§ 16-118. Same—Construction contracts.

Any prequalification of prospective contractors for construction shall be conducted pursuant to a prequalification process adopted by the town council. The town may deny prequalification to any construction contractor only if it finds one of the factors listed in Virginia Code § 2.2-4317(C).
