§ 2-304. Director of finance.

The director of finance shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed for the office by state law, the Charter, this Code and other ordinances and resolutions of the town council. The director of finance shall issue, and keep comprehensive records of, all town licenses and permits for which no other issuing authority is indicated.
