§ 19-101. License Required.

It shall be unlawful for a solicitor to engage in such activity within the town without first obtaining a license. Any person wishing to solicit subscriptions for books, magazines or other publications must also obtain a permit from the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, as required by § 40.1-112, Code of Virginia.
